Marie and Jo’s differing skills compliment each other perfectly and give them a rare gift for spotting talent, nurturing it and helping their artists get a foot in the door. Actors can expect regular reviews of showreels, head shots and Spotlight CVs to maximise their potential. And, as live castings become less common, Findley Ravenheart have a designated studio space for filming self tapes. Marie and Jo read in and direct – Marie focusing on bringing out the writer’s voice and Jo on the actor’s character choices. Roster

All actors at Findley Ravenheart are encouraged to continue training no matter their level of experience, because no artist can ever stop learning. The roster includes a prime selection of emerging talent from Britain’s drama schools and more established artists, who have been masterfully treading the boards for decades. In addition, they represent a number of performers with highly specialised crossover skills in dance, aerial work, gymnastics, martial arts, fight and stunt experience. Findley Ravenheart guarantee that, no matter what abilities each artist boasts, everyone’s primary skill is the ability to act.

Building strong relationships, not only with their artists, but also with their clients is of paramount importance at Findley Ravenheart. Responding to briefs quickly and appropriately are key features of their approach, but they are also on hand to discuss specifics in detail and suggest the most fitting talent for any role. If unforeseen circumstances cause an actor to pull out of a casting Findley Ravenheart will do their very best to replace them with their finest alternative. They thrive on a fast pace and always respond to changing briefs and the inevitable unpredictability with their trademark equanimity and good humour.
