Marie Findley and Jo Ravenheart have nearly 50 years of experience in the arts and entertainment business between them. Marie was a television script writer for 12 years, specialising in children’s tv and comedy. She has contributed material for Chucklevision, Ant & Dec and Smack The Pony. She later became a film critic, a script reader for the Irish Film Board, and collaborated on numerous Ken Russell shorts before working in commercials casting, prior to becoming an agent. Jo has been an actor, devisor of comedy, choreographer and director for over 20 years. She has worked at the forefront of innovative site-specific and immersive theatre, with pioneering companies like Punchdrunk and Les Enfants Terribles. The inspiration behind her desire to represent actors was to become the agent she always wanted to have.
